The purpose for renovating was a larger laundry/mud room/powder room, covered parking with storage and an outdoor space for entertaining. Armed with a well-designed plan, the homeowners enlisted Zack Rothrock Builders to turn their vision into reality. The results were a laundry area and powder room with hand-crafted interior paneling with hardwood flooring, a covered wrap-around porch that leads to a spacious screened porch with beaded ceiling and traditional pine flooring, a patio area with custom pavers and a covered breezeway that leads to a three-car carport with storage and future bonus room.
